From $750,000 fixed price

The complete package for buyers starting from scratch: we help you find and assess the section, source a quality relocated home with an independent inspection report, and deliver the finished property end to end. One contract, one price, one party responsible.

2. House-Only Packages

From $500,000 fixed price

You have the land. We deliver the home: sourced, inspected, relocated, renovated, consented and guaranteed. The most affordable route to a full-sized standalone home in New Zealand for anyone with access to land.

  • Farm staff housing, single homes or programmes of several

  • Family land: first homes for adult children, homes for parents
  • Subdivided sections and lifestyle blocks

3. House Relocation Only

Priced per project

Sometimes the job is simpler: move an existing house to a better position on the same property, or shift a house you have bought to your site. We coordinate the licensed relocator, the new foundations, the services and the consent, without the renovation scope if you do not need it.

  • Farms repositioning cottages to free up land
  • Owners subdividing who want to keep the existing house

4. Houses Wanted for Removal

Free assessment

Subdividing? Building new where a sound house stands? Infrastructure project going through? We purchase houses for removal, which saves you demolition cost, clears your site on schedule, and keeps tens of tonnes of good material out of landfill per house.

Is every package really fixed price?

Yes. Agreed in writing before you commit, covering the full agreed scope. The price changes only if you change the scope.

What guarantee do I get?

The Halo 10-Year Residential Guarantee through New Zealand Certified Builders on packages, the same cover as a new build. Work is done by a Licensed Building Practitioner.

Where do you operate?

Nationwide. We work with licensed haulage companies that move houses throughout New Zealand.

How fast is delivery?

3 to 4 months from package acceptance to handover with Code Compliance Certificate.
