Why sell for removal

Skip the demolition bill

Demolishing a standard house commonly costs $20,000 to $50,000 plus by the time asbestos surveys, machinery and landfill fees are counted. Selling for removal replaces that cost with a cleared site, and often cash on top.

Clear the site on schedule

We agree the removal date around your project. Physical removal typically happens overnight once permits are in place, so your earthworks or build start is not held hostage.

Keep it out of landfill

A demolished house sends tens of tonnes of timber, roofing and joinery to landfill. A removed house becomes someone's first home, farm cottage or right-sized retirement home. Good for the site, better for the story you tell your neighbours.

One party, insured, licensed

Transport is handled by licensed house relocators with full transit insurance. Disconnections, cutting free and what happens to the old foundations are all agreed in writing before anything moves.

How it works

Send us the basics

Address, a few photos, and your timeline. The form below takes two minutes.

Free assessment

We assess the house's structure, size and condition, and the access at your site. Some houses are worth good money; some are worth little cash but still save you the full demolition bill. We tell you which, honestly.

Terms in writing

Price, removal date, what gets disconnected by whom, and the state the site is left in. No surprises on either side.

Removal night

The house is cut free, lifted and transported overnight by a licensed relocator under permit. You wake up to a clear site and your project keeps moving.

Common questions

How much is my house worth for removal?

Depends on size, construction, condition and how hard the removal is. Sound weatherboard homes with good access are worth the most. Even a difficult removal usually beats paying $20,000 to $50,000 plus to demolish. The free assessment gives you a real number.

What types of houses can be moved?

Most timber-framed houses, from 1900s villas to modern construction. Two-storey and very wide homes may move in pieces. Structure, access and route decide it, and the assessment covers all three.

How fast can the house be gone?

Physical removal typically happens overnight once terms and permits are in place. First contact to cleared site commonly runs 4 to 10 weeks. Tell us your deadline and we plan around it.

What happens to the old foundations?

Agreed in the terms. Some owners want foundations left for their contractor to clear during earthworks; others want the site fully cleared. Either way it is in writing before removal night.

Where does the house go?

Into a Recycled Homes package: renovated on new foundations and handed to a first home buyer, a farm, or a family who needs it, with a 10-year guarantee. Your old house becomes someone's fresh start.
