These are addressed before any renovation work begins. If the house already has quality items like a new heat pump, that budget flows into your renovation package instead.
After all essential upgrades are complete, the remaining budget goes toward your renovation package. Depending on your total budget, this could include a new kitchen, bathroom renovation, solar power, a garage, or a large deck and pergola. You choose how to spend it within your available budget.
